Salams all
Please note the trafficmanagementoptionsinsideschool document I sent earlier only deals with traffic inside the school. I think we should look more closely at Hossam's suggestion on what should happen outside the school.

I agree with Br Zafar code of conduct rules.
I think if any of the codes of conduct rules are broken then the Chairperson of the meeting should interrupt them. If it continues then that agenda item is stopped and we move to next agenda item We can always go back when things cool off.

"$5000 grant for Prep" refers to a letter CPAC has received from the Prep teachers requesting $5000 from CPAC to purchase new equipment and resources.

"$5000 grant for Primary" refers to an invoice given to me from the Primary teachers for sporting equipment. I'm not sure whether or not the school has contributed any funds towards this, I do know the teachers held a Mufti day to raise funds for this purchase. We can consider paying for some, or all of the equipment subject to review by Mr Chown (the Sports teacher).

"Honour Board" refers to the School's request for CPAC to sponsor the cost of putting up an honour board in the office which lists the Dux of the school, captains etc each year. I'm sure you would have seen one in other schools.
